Cancellation Policy for International Travel to Ghana
1. Deposits:
All deposits made for international travel to Ghana are non-refundable. This includes deposits for accommodations, tours, and any other travel-related services.
2. Cancellations
– If a traveler cancels their booking for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
– Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by our office.
3. Additional Charges
– Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure date may incur additional charges. These charges will be determined based on the costs imposed by hotels, and other service providers.
4. Changes to Booking
– Changes to the booking (such as date changes or modifications to the itinerary) may be subject to additional fees. All changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service providers.
5. Travel Insurance
– We highly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations. This can help protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a need to cancel or change travel plans.
6. Force Majeure
– In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with service providers to minimize cancellation fees where possible. However, the non-refundable deposit policy will still apply.
7. Refunds
– Except for the non-refundable deposit, any other eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request, subject to the policies of hotels, and other service providers
By making a deposit and confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
